Digital dental laboratory
We dreamed it and we created it! Our laboratory is exclusively engaged in the production of high quality work, in compliance with the appropriate technical requirements and deadlines.
We only use certified, quality raw materials from gypsum to ceramic.
Our excellent professionals produce the best quality work. Our team currently consists of 16 people and is constantly growing.
All types of dental work are made in our laboratory from stem to stern, and as we have our own CAD / CAM system in-house, we can also check the quality of the carvings.
We work with EXOCAD-based software with a complete implant library, even by impression utilizing an intraoral scanner.
Our work with CAD / CAM system:
Screw-retained crown / bridge made of zircon or metal
Unique implant abutment made of zircon, CoCr or titanium
Monoblock zirconia crowns / bridges
Monoblock inlay / onlay
Plastic frame try-ons for bite registration
Everything related to dental implants can be found here, be it a cementable solo crown or even a complex total rehabilitation.
The most common types of work for implants:
Cementable solo crown
Screw-retained solo crown
Custom gum shaping
Cemented full mouth bridges
Screw-retained full mouth bridges for Multi-Unit
We have a CAD / CAM library for each implant system, so we can create all the work based on the default geometric values.
We use NACERA blocks for our zircon ceramic works. The product is manufactured in Germany under the strictest inspection protocols.
Nacera blocks are factory colored materials, so different tooth colours result in completely standard colours, as opposed to the dipping method.
We have our own stock, so all colours are constantly available in our lab.
The perfect choice for full mouth bridges is the Nacera block, we get 100% wobble-free and stress-free work thanks to the factory-tested sintering method.
We finish frames only by the water-cooling method.
We achieve the highest aesthetic results with Noritake and Ivoclar ceramics.
We prepare our pressed ceramic works with the Ivoclar E.max system. Pressed ceramic crowns allow work to be carried out to the highest aesthetic standards.
What we need to make a perfect crown is first of all a Wax Up and a stump shade, tooth color and precise impression from the dentist.
We prepare our metal ceramics works utilizing 3 methods:
With traditional (old-fashioned) casting technique
With CAD / CAM sintered laser technology
With CAD / CAM milling technology
For all three methods, we use only high-quality, certified raw materials.
Our metal works:
The revolution of materials
BioHPP is currently the best material for large implant-supported fixed prostheses. It has the same elasticity as bone and is not as rigid and hard as metal or zirconium ceramics.
It is disguised with a visio.lign system, of which durability is unique.
