Fixed solutions for complete toothlessness at the best price-value ratio
Smile and eat confidently, forget about your uncomfortable removable prosthesis!
The basis of the All-on-4 ™ system is that 4 implants are placed in specific locations in the jaw to create a 3-dimensional trapezoidal force so that the 4 implants can hold a 12-tooth prosthesis. As fewer implants are necessary, they are much cheaper than other fixed solutions with implants.
The All-on-4 ™ system provides greater stability in the bone and helps prevent certain additional surgeries, such as bone grafting. Once the implants have been placed, we can insert a temporary denture immediately, avoiding the inconvenience of toothlessness.
The All-on-6 ™ technique is a variation of the All-on-4 ™ technology with the difference that instead of 4 implants, 6 are placed into the front part of the jaw. The 6 implant version is mainly recommended for the rehabilitation of the upper jaw.
The All-on-4 ™ or All-on-6 ™ method is also suitable for those who have had removable dentures so far, but have found them inconvenient.

What are the steps of the All-on-4 ™ and All-on-6 ™ solutions?
1) Step One: Consultation and Planning
All-on-4 ™ or All-on-6 ™ prosthesis is always preceded by a personal consultation with an oral surgeon. In addition to the oral examination, a 3D CT scan will be taken during the consultation to give the treating physician a complete picture of the available bone stock. Incidentally, CBCT (Cone Beam CT) recording is a prerequisite for all implant procedures. After analyzing the 3D image, your doctor will prepare a personalized, accurate treatment plan for you.
2) Step Two: Implant surgery
During an All-on-4 ™ or All-on-6 ™ surgery, 4 or 6 implants are placed in the jawbone at the same time under local anaesthesia or general anaesthesia if required. After the dental implants have been inserted, an impression is taken, on the basis of which the dental laboratory prepares the temporary denture. The temporary denture can be fixed five to eight working days after the implant surgery, when the gums have regained the desired shape. It is now a screw-on, fixed denture, so you will no longer need a removable denture.
One month later, if necessary, the temporary denture will be checked by the treating doctor/or can be checked by your local dentist, and can be adjusted if necessary to make it even more comfortable to wear during the healing period.
3) Step Three: Placement of the permanent denture
The healing time required for proper ossification of the implants may vary from case to case, usually the implants may be loaded with a permanent denture after four months.
During this time, of course, it is very important to maintain perfect oral hygiene according to the instructions.
After the healing period has elapsed, the final denture is placed on the implants, which can be made of metal-ceramic, zirconium ceramic, monolithic zirconia, or composite. Of course, your dental specialist will assess your options and personal needs during the first consultation so that the material for your final denture will be selected accordingly.
